files free onto their server, and offer new customers 99% off for the first month.
They also promise to beat anybody else's hosting price, so I took them up on the
offer. They knocked $5 off of my hosting cost after a bit of negotiation.

hand-holding, offering dedicated servers that are 100% managed. What does this
mean? Very simple: You don't have to worry about running your dedicated servers
or fixing any problems. They do it all for you, and it's included in the price. This is a
quality feature for noobs and those with little time for server administration. This is
definitely worth the slightly higher cost if you need the TLC.
