Steadfast promotes itself as "green" or "carbon free" hosting company, and frankly, we like that because we think green, too.
They offer DirectAdmin as a free install, or cPanel for an extra charge. We decided to be tightwads and chose the DirectAdmin. Our installation crisis was helped by a friendly techie with nerves calmer than ours.
This company promised 100% uptime as well. Our experience was 99% uptime, which is better than average. Tech support was alert and ready for our query when we reported downtime, and the problem was fixed quickly.
This company prices their hosting a little higher than Server Beach's, but we think we got slightly better hosting. |
